Hot Dip Channel

Channel is a structural piece of steel with a C shaped cross section that comes in several different standard sizes

  • HD Gal Channel is used in outdoor construction e.g retaining walls
  • Thicker coating than standard galvanised channel
  • Appropriate in places where there is a higher chance of corrosion from the outdoor elements

PROCESSING & CUTTING (charges apply)

Pipe, RHS, Beams & Channels – Metal cutting is a standard service we provide. We have multiple saws from small brobo saws to large pack cutting bandsaws. Our bandsaw facilities can handle full bundles at a time and we can cut from full lengths thereby reducing or eliminating waste.

Flats, Rounds & Angles – We also have a cropping and punching facility which cuts merchant bars, flats, rounds and angles to required sizes.

Pipe Services – We swage pipe for all fencing applications, other pipe services include: Crimping, Bending, Cranking, Drilling and Threading. Super Steel have the capacity to thread pipe from 15MB to 100MB.
