Painted Rectangle

RHS Painted Rectangle. Mild steel rectangular shaped hollow tube with a painted finish suitable for powder coating.

Uses include gym and playground equipment, outdoor furniture, framing, fencing, home projects and many more
Paint is caustic sensitive which is easily removed during the powder coating process
RHS comes in many different sizes and thicknesses, always with a different width to height
Application will determine the size and thickness, which also determines the strength of the steel

Pipe, RHS, Beams & Channels – Metal cutting is a standard service we provide. We have multiple saws from small brobo saws to large pack cutting bandsaws. Our bandsaw facilities can handle full bundles at a time and we can cut from full lengths thereby reducing or eliminating waste.

Flats, Rounds & Angles – We also have a cropping and punching facility which cuts merchant bars, flats, rounds and angles to required sizes.

Pipe Services – We swage pipe for all fencing applications, other pipe services include: Crimping, Bending, Cranking, Drilling and Threading. Super Steel have the capacity to thread pipe from 15MB to 100MB.
