Painted Rectangle

RHS Painted Rectangle. Mild steel rectangular shaped hollow tube with a painted finish suitable for powder coating.

  • Uses include gym and playground equipment, outdoor furniture, framing, fencing, home projects and many more
  • Paint is caustic sensitive which is easily removed during the powder coating process
  • RHS comes in many different sizes and thicknesses, always with a different width to height
  • Application will determine the size and thickness, which also determines the strength of the steel

PROCESSING & CUTTING (charges apply)

Pipe, RHS, Beams & Channels – Metal cutting is a standard service we provide. We have multiple saws from small brobo saws to large pack cutting bandsaws. Our bandsaw facilities can handle full bundles at a time and we can cut from full lengths thereby reducing or eliminating waste.

Flats, Rounds & Angles – We also have a cropping and punching facility which cuts merchant bars, flats, rounds and angles to required sizes.

Pipe Services – We swage pipe for all fencing applications, other pipe services include: Crimping, Bending, Cranking, Drilling and Threading. Super Steel have the capacity to thread pipe from 15MB to 100MB.
